Apple posts iPhone 1.1.2 Update, iPod touch 1.1.2 Update

Apple has posted downloads for iPhone 1.1.2 Update and iPod touch 1.1.2 Update. These files are not yet active via iTunes update. You may wish to wait for Apple to make the Updates releases available via iTunes. For those who simply cannot wait, here are direct download links.

iPhone Manual Update
Completed a manual download & install of the 1.1.2 update, on Friday, 11/9. Simply Option-click on iTunes (7.5) Restore button to point it to the downoladed, zip file of the update. iTunes does the rest. My iPhone has been working just fine since then. I don't have any 3rd party apps installed, so I can't advise about that, but the update did not disturb any of my settings that were in-place prior to the update.
