Apple Names New General Counsel

Computer and electronics maker Apple Inc. said Friday it named Daniel Cooperman senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Cooperman will assume his new positions Nov. 1, and will report to Apple Chief Executive Steve Jobs. Cooperman replaces Donald Rosenberg, who is leaving the company.

Cooperman joins Apple after serving in the same positions at application software provider Oracle Corp.

Too many Lawyers!

Steve Jobs has pretty much the same problems as we do! (just on a much smaller scale)
People can and will sue over absolutely anything. Have you read about the guy who says that Jobs was using OJ as a hitman and various other charges. Most of these charges were false! The OJ connection should be at least investigated though.
... Any way, lawyers are bleeding us dry, no solution in sight.
