Lesa and I went to the Adirondack Balloon festival this past weekend and had an amazing time. I realized that, right in front of us, is a fantastic photography tip.

I joke but it's really true. If you want to shoot your own spectacular pics, go to a balloon festival. They take place most weekends in various locales - the giant one is in Albuquerque this coming October 6th:
