From Macworld

Nikon on Thursday introduced several new consumer-oriented point and shoot digital cameras, including a new camera with Wi-Fi transfer capabilities.

The Coolpix S51 is an 8.1-megapixel camera with 3x Zoom-Nikkor lens and 3.0-inch LCD display. It’s available in both wired and wireless versions. It’s coming in September for $279.95; the wireless version, the S51c, costs $329.95. The Coolpix L14 and L15 are new entrants to Nikon’s “Life” series of compact point-and-shoot models. They’re also headed to stores in September for $149.95 and $179.95 respectively.

The L14 and L15 are 7 and 8-megapixel cameras respectively, each with in-camera red eye fix and the ability to compensate for scenes with poor backlight or underexposed faces. Nikon has also bolstered its Performance line of Coolpix cameras with the P5100 and P50, coming in September for $399.95 and $229.95 respectively.
