I'm getting pretty excited about our looming opening. No more dealing with Apple authorised resellers. No more long waits to get a replacement or repair. Anticipated good service. I would have expected to feel sorry for the resellers but they all have some level of incompetence that has annoyed me from time to time. I expect the worst hit will be Next Byte, who have two stores in the city, one about 2 blocks away and the other about 3.
It's going to be 3 floors. I wonder how it will compare in size to the Boston store?
