Safari 3.04

In case there are any Tiger users that installed the 10.4.11 update and then had a problem not being able to close the window in Safari. You're not the only one. Someone in the Apple Support - Discussion suggested the following - got to Library > Application Support > SIMBL > Plugins
and delete the "Taboo.bundle". You won't need it any longer. Worked for me!!
