REVIEW: Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band Live at Giants Stadium - July 31, 2008

All I can say is WOW! What an experience it was to see what is arguably one of the best live acts perform on their home turf in front of 55,000 screaming fans, and leaving it all out there on the stage for 3 1/4 hours.

Yea, I said, 3 1/4 hours!!

The whole day was a surreal experience for me and one that I won't soon forget, but stepping foot onto the floor of Giants Stadium and making our way to our Row 10 seats, I was excited beyond words.

Bruce Springsteen is a master storyteller and once you truly listen to the words and messages behind the stories he tells, you come to appreciate not only one of the greatest musical artists of our time, but one of the most thought provoking and influential people that transcends generations. That might seem to be an overblown statement and perhaps you'll even disagree (usually with Springsteen you either get it or you don't), but you can't deny the mark he has left and continues to leave on the musical world.

I was completely blown away seeing him perform live in New Jersey and if you wanna hear more about the concert and see pictures and videos, please click here for my full review of my "New Jersey/Springsteen Experience".
