How to Remove Office 2008?

OK, I made a mistake and installed Office 2008, I did not Trash Office 2004. I still have both on my machine.

I want to uninstall Office 2008 and just keep Office 2004, what is the best way to get rid of Office 2008 and stay with the Program that kinda plays nice with others?
