The Graphic Reporter heads to Dallas

Week after next I'm headed to the DFW area to do some teaching at UTA, Fort Worth Camera (for Cowtown Mac User Group), and the Interactive Media Users Group (at the Dallas Art Institute). I'll be in town from Feb. 19-22 (bugging out early on the 23rd to keep the husband happy). I grew up in Fort Worth, TX so getting asked to teach in the area is a real treat.

If you are in the DFW and would like to meet up for a coffee or cocktail, let me know! I've had a ball doing these presos across the globe and they are immensely fun. I come stocked with tons of iStockphoto goodies (t-shirts, lens cloths, free credits for everyone), the creative/web teams get fed plus they learn tons about finding the right image faster in iStock's vast database, the art directors and buyers learn how to save tons of money with iStockphoto's new corporate account feature, plus everyone learns how to create some very cool (and practical!) techniques in Photoshop.

My next trip will be to Austin, TX in early March. I'm doing an Elements workshop for CapMac on Saturday, March 8. Whee! I must have been a really, really good girl lately :)
