Exercise Gear and the iPOD

Anyone out there ever find any good tools to integrate on a Mac like the Nike+ stuff with the Nano but in a watch variety? I have used the Polar watches in the past, but none of them work with the MAC, so I thought I would check to see if anyone had any ideas. Cheers!
