Audible Woes!

I love me some YML~! Unfortunately, because of my schedule. I rarely have the time to listen to it LIVE. The solution is the download it from Audible. Few thing on the internet are more painful then this process...ugh! Every Thursday I hike on over to Audible.com to download the latest version of the program...and it usually ends up that I finally get it downloaded on Saturday. Frequent time outs, downloads that are incomplete and poor customer service. And its not because I have slow internet. Audible.com is the worst run store on the internet and of course, since it has little or no competition, it can pretty much keep giving crappy service. I'd willing pay more per year to get YML as a direct download, then give this company another dime of my money!
